Japheth Richmond signs with Milligan University

On April 12, 2023, Japheth Richmond, a member of the White County High School basketball team, signed with Milligan University.

Richmond said, "I am excited for the opportunity to play basketball and run track at Milligan University. I want to say thank you to all of my family for their support and sacrifices, all of my coaches for the work they have put in with me, the community for all of their support, and to my future coaches for giving me this opportunity to continue my athletic career."
