Roberto Carlos Ornelas, 39, of Sparta, passed away Sept. 11, 2022, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
He was born May 28, 1983, in Mexico.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m., Sept. 19, 2022, at Oak Lawn Funeral Home, with burial in Plainview Cemetery, in the Cassville community. The family will receive friends 9-11 a.m., Sept. 19, at the funeral home.
