Rodney Alan Henry, 38, of Sparta, passed away Jan. 10, 2023, in DeKalb County, as a result of an auto accident.
He was born July 14, 1984, in Nashville.
Rodney was an auto mechanic and chef.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Connie and Johnny Turrington, and paternal grandparents, A.P. and Lucille Henry.
He is survived by his mother, Lisa Ruth Turrington Bryan; father, Alan Rod Henry; brothers, Jessie McCullough, Kyle Henry, Nicholas Henry; uncle, Johnny Turrington Jr.; aunts, Tammy (David) Perry, Jeanie (Dewayne) Williams, Donna Marsh, Lora Turrington; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Funeral service was 11 a.m., Jan. 17, 2023, at Hunter Funeral Home, with burial in Corinth Cemetery.
Hunter Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
