Ronnie Lee Scott, 68, of Sparta, passed away Sept. 6, 2021, at home, surrounded by his family.
Mr. Scott was born March 28, 1953, in Sparta, to Clarence Dudley Scott and Mille Klein Scott.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Nancy Scott, of Sparta; daughters, Kellie Gay, of Sparta, Samantha Baker, of Sparta; sons-in-law, Patrick Gay, of Sparta, Terry Baker, of Sparta; granddaughters, Asia Gay, Kerrie Gay, Leigha Gay, all of Sparta; grandsons, Terry Lynn Cowles, of Algood, Berry Cowles of Algood, Cody Miller, of Sparta; brother, Donnie Scott and his wife, Debbie, of Sparta; and two sisters, Jean Martin and her husband, Ron, of Sparta, and Sue Templeman, of Sparta.
A celebration of his life will be announced at a later date.
Oak Lawn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
