Rosalie Reagan Bowman Phillips, 74, of Clarkrange, departed for her eternal life, on Sept. 9, 2022 at her daughter's home.

She was born May 12, 1948.

Rosalie was privileged to have been a "Nursing Home Nurse"    for most of her career.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Phillips; daughter, Sandra P. Bowman; father, Ronald E. Reagan; mother, Edna E. Ball Reagan; sisters, Deborah Sue Reagan, Wanda D. Reagan; brother, J. Randall Reagan; and special love, Charles E. "Spider" Rittenberry.

She is survived by her children, Edna L. Wilson, R. Lee Wilson and wife Christy, Susan Mabe and husband Jonathan, Kevin Phillips, Chris Phillips and wife Amanda; grandchildren, Steven R. Wilson, Christopher B. Wilson, Brandon L. Wilson and wife Kara, Dalton L. Wilson, Jenna Lee Wilson, Harley Judkins, Tyler Mabe, Brooklyn Mabe, Bentley Godwin; great-grandchildren, Tristan Wilson, Raylie Wilson, Kash Wilson, Mason Judkins, Malachi Judkins, Ayla Mabe; brothers, H. Douglas Reagan and (whose wife Betty R. Lowell Reagan preceded Rosalie in death); sister, Janet Reagan Brewer (whose husband James preceded Rosalie in death); and numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.

Funeral service was 1 p.m., Sept. 13, 2022, at Jennings Funeral Homes-Clarkrange Chapel. Burial followed in the Fellowship Cemetery, in Overton County.
