Kara Howard recently announced her position as a Buyer’s Agent with Skender-Newton Realty to the White County community with an official Ribbon Cutting ceremony hosted by Sparta-White County Chamber of Commerce.

Howard, who along with her husband Jared and their children, Emma Kate and Sutton, has made Tennessee her home for the past nine years, said she chose the White County community because of the people.

“I chose to live in this area because it is so beautiful, peaceful, and because the people are so welcoming and kind,” Howard said.

Howard, who graduated in 2008 with a degree in Marketing and Sales, has been in sales and leadership positions for the past 20 years, most recently having spent 12 years with Cintas. She was traveling across half of the United States and said she realized her purpose is to be in the community, not only helping people with home buying experiences but also being a positive influence and example of leadership within White County.

“My goals are to serve the community as a dedicated, knowledgeable, communicative real estate professional to give my clients the best buying experience possible,” she said.

“We enjoy participating in sports, swimming, kayaking, visiting waterfalls in White County, and boating on Center Hill Lake,” Howard said.  “Our family loves shopping locally and finding new places to eat in and around the area. I am also passionate about leading a young adult’s group at our church in Sparta.

“I’m committed to helping you find your new home and will provide you with the utmost professionalism, communication, and dedication when doing so,” she said about her eagerness to serve White County and the surrounding area.
