The Expositor/SpartaLive need your help in covering sports

The Expositor and SpartaLive are reaching out to the wonderful people of Sparta for assistance with sports coverage.

As with most businesses, COVID-19 has affected the manner in which we are able to provide a broad range of sports coverage. Just like other businesses, we find ourselves short-staffed and searching for an alternate means of covering sports. This is where the parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and other avid sports fans can assist.

We are in full swing with basketball season for White County High School, White County Middle School, youth leagues, and church leagues. The Expositor and SpartaLive need photos from each of the basketball games.

We want to ensure our student athletes receive recognition for all their hard work and dedication. Also, spring sports will soon kick off their seasons. We need your photos from those events also. Please send photos to kim@spartalive.com. If possible, include the names of the individuals in the photos as well as the teams who are playing. You will receive photo credit in The Expositor and on SpartaLive.
