In two of my recent opinion articles I dealt, in part, with the Socialist Democrat Party’s (SDP) latest ongoing scheme to try and steal the 2020 presidential election from the most successful U.S. president in modern times, Donald J. Trump. Why would they need to do that when the “fake” national news media has been touting public opinion polls that claim the SDP’s presidential candidate Joe “Where am I” Biden is leading in those polls? That question has an easy answer. What they don’t tell you is that the overwhelming majority of people being polled are Democrats. That is an old political trick to dishearten the other side’s voters and discourage them by making them think it is useless to waste time voting.
In this instance, that ploy is not working because, while the Socialist Democrats, the Black Lives Matter terrorist group, and their followers call themselves “woke,” the Trump supporters are “aware” and will be voting. In fact, I have never seen the Republicans, the Tea Party, and Conservatives more motivated. That is what prompted this latest Socialist Democrat scheme to use what is now being called “Universal Mail-in Ballots.”
In last week’s article entitled The Gift of Being Right, I explained the difference between absentee voting and universal mail-in voting. Just to be sure everyone understands the differences, I will briefly address the differences again.
To vote via an absentee ballot, a request must be made to one’s county election commission. The request must contain, among other things, a permissible/verifiable reason for the applicant’s inability to vote in person on election day, a verifiable mailing address, the applicant voter’s full name, date of birth, phone number, Social Security number, voter registration number, and signature. The completed and signed absentee ballot MUST be mailed back (it cannot be hand-carried) and it MUST be in the hands of the election commission before the polls close on election day.
Voting via universal mail-in ballots is not only a haphazard/shotgun approach to voting; it wins the blue ribbon as the best way to commit voter fraud, other than the internet. Therefore, it is no surprise to me that the Socialist Democrat Party is promoting it. Using the most recent list of registered voters, ballots are mailed to each and every name on the list. The biggest problem with these lists is the fact they are notoriously out of date; i.e. people have died, moved, gotten married, are in jail, moved to a new address, or are serving in the military, etc. I said this last week, but it is worth repeating - it is amazing how many dead people still vote in elections, especially in Socialist Democrat areas.
As we are only 75 days from election day, some Socialist Democrat-run states/cities have already mailed a lot of these universal mail-in ballots, and there are already problems, In one case, over 80,000 ballots were returned as being non-deliverable, Some Socialist Democrat states/cities are not even requiring a signature on submitted universal mail-in ballots and will accept late ballots.
How can we have a legitimate national election if every state, county, city, township, and/or reservation have their own set of rules? We can’t! And, I believe that is exactly what the Socialist Democrat Party wants. Read on.
Next to the Bible, I consider our Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States of America the greatest and most important documents ever written. I am a Constitutional Conservative, but I do not have a degree in constitutional law. Therefore, I will have to defer to an experienced Constitutional attorney like the great Mark Levin to offer a more informed opinion of what I believe to be the end game of the Socialist Democrat’s ranking congressional members, Senator Chuck Schumer, the minority leader in the U.S. Senate, and Nancy Pelosi, the majority leader in the U.S. House of Representatives. If the very busy Mr. Levin has time to comment on this issue, I will pass it along in one of my opinion articles.
With that said, I now raise the curtain on the 20th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. It begins with this statement, which I want you to remember as it is the key to Pelosi and Schumer’s scheme. “The terms of the President and Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January, and the terms of Senators and Representatives at noon on the 3rd day of January, of the years in which such terms would have ended if this article had not been ratified; and the terms of their successors shall then begin.”
Before proceeding, let me familiarize you with the 20th Amendment, also known as The Presidential Succession Act. It was adopted in 1792 and refined by President Harry Truman, on July 18, 1947. President Truman’s major refinement of the act was to place the Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives directly behind the vice president for succession to the presidency, should anything happen to the president. And, should something happen to both the president and vice president, the Speaker of the House would become the president. The reason President Truman chose the Speaker of the House for this presidential succession position was because his good friend, Sam Rayburn, held that position at the time of refinement.
Are you beginning to understand what is being orchestrated at this critical period in our country? If something happens to President Trump and his vice president, the nightmare of nightmares happens; Nancy Pelosi becomes the 46th president of the country. The arguable counter-balance to that nightmare scenario is that it is highly unlikely that something would happen to both the president and vice president at the same time. That is logical reasoning, but wait! Go back and reread the 59-word sentence that spells out the 20th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
Having reread the noted sentence, Schumer’s and Pelosi’s plan should be coming into focus. They know that the universal mail-in ballots are going to be a total disaster at this late date. Without a doubt, the vote totals will be contested, and it will take weeks or, dare I say, months to sort out. lf it is not sorted out by noon, on Jan. 20, 2021, 78 days after election day, there will be no duly elected president or vice president to swear in. If that happens then Nancy Pelosi, with the support of all Socialist Democrats in Congress, will cite the 20th Amendment and demand she be sworn in as the country’s 46th president. A very clever plan, BUT it will not work as President Trump has an “ace in the hole” should this scenario actually get to the point. You will recognize it when he delivers the coup de grace; i.e. destroys/ends the matter.
