Tim Troy Holt, 75, of Sparta, passed away Nov. 20, 2021, at Cumberland Medical Center.
Mr. Holt was born March 2, 1946, in Rockledge, Florida. He was the son of Troy Holt and Billie Poppell Holt.
He proudly served his country in the Vietnam War.
Mr. Holt was preceded in death by his wife, JoHanna Holt, and his brothers, Doc Holt, Kevin Holt, and Kenny Holt.
Survivors include his sons, Davis Troy Holt (Gillian), of Dallas, Texas, Daniel Holt (Sarah), of Wake Forest, North Carolina; daughter,
Tamara Holt, of Arlington, Texas; stepson, Randy Sprague, of Jamestown, New York; stepdaughter, Sandy Kent (Glen), of Sparta; grandchildren, Andrew Holt, Addison Holt, Natalie Holt, Cory Sprague, Nicholas Smith, Brendan Holt; sister, Linda Holt, of Titusville, Florida; and brother, Danny Holt, of Jacksonville, Florida.
Graveside service will be 11 a.m., Nov. 27, 2021, at Oak Lawn Funeral Home, with James Dukes officiating. Full military honors will be provided by the Veterans’ Honor Guard.
