On Dec. 9, the White County Middle School sixth Warriors and Warriorettes took to the hardcourt to play neighboring DeKalb County in basketball.  Both teams came out victorious on the night.

In the first game, the Warriorettes soundly defeated the DeKalb County team by a score of 38-12.  The Warriorettes were led by Bella Winningham with 14 points.  Kyra Fox added 10 points, and Gracie Clark added five points in the win.  Addy Cocke and Chole Anderson added two points each, and Hannah Haley finished with one point on the night.  The Warriorettes were four of 10 from the free-throw stripe.

The second game of the night saw the sixth grade Warriors win over DeKalb county by a score of 42-27.

Davion Baird led the Warriors with 14 points. Baird hit four three-pointers in the game.  Rhett Underwood followed with 11 points. Daygon Phillips added six points.  Mason Steele and Xaiver Gamblin each had three points to finish the scoring.  The Warriors went 3 of 6 from the free-throw line.
