Coach Martin commented on the past week’s play.

“We had a disappointing stretch of games, overall,” said Martin. “We faced a very talented Upperman group that challenged both our boys and girls. Upperman has always been an extremely talented team full of experienced, lifetime bowlers. I have a ton of respect for their coaches and players. Our girls competed but just couldn’t put a com-plete game together. I am extremely proud of how our sophomore Sa-rah Vanlandingham has improved her game from last year. She is doing an incredible job, and I am excited to see how she finishes the season. Our boys are being challenged right now, but I am proud of their ef-fort.”

Warrior Bowling will have their final match, which will also be their Senior Night, on Nov. 25, against Jackson County. District tournaments will begin the week of Dec. 2.
