Edd Rogers Valley Ford in Sparta is giving away two free tickets to Las Vegas as part of a promotion with the Ford Motor Company and Professional Bull Riders.
“Ford is a corporate sponsor of the PBR year long series called, “Built Ford Tough,” said Diane Finley, fleet and customer relations manager at Valley Ford. “That includes the World Finals that will be held in Mandalay Bay. We’re giving away basically an all-expense paid trip to Las Vegas for two people.”
The winners will receive round-trip airfare, three nights and four days in the Luxor Hotel in Mandalay Bay Resort, tickets for three nights of the World Finals PBR Competition, and $500 spending money. The trip will be Oct. 22-25, 2004.
“All anyone has to do is come by Valley Ford to enter,” Finley said. “Each Friday, from September 10th until September 30th, we will choose a qualifier.”
Participants must be at least 18 years old and can also call the Country Giant to qualify. There is no limit on entries. There will be 72 qualifiers in all, with the final drawing on Oct. 2, 2004, at Valley Ford.
Two riders who will compete in the PBR World Finals will be available that day at the dealership from 12-3 p.m.
“Cory and Evan Rasch will be here signing autographs and the drawing will be at 2 p.m.,” Finley said.
“It’s a really nice trip and we’re excited about it,” Finley added.
