White County High School soccer goes 0-1-1 on the week

The White County High School Soccer team had a pair of games this week. On April 4, the Warriors finished in a 1-1 tie with Livingston Academy. Then on April 7, the Warriors couldn’t get anything going as the lost 1-0 to Cannon County.

On April 4, the Warriors played at home against Livingston Academy. Both teams couldn’t get a goal in the first half, so the score was knotted up at 0-0 at the end of the first half. Livingston Academy took an early lead on the Warriors scoring, with 33 minutes left in the second half. The Warriors tied the game up, with 30 minutes left in the second half when Sebastian Dunham scored to tie the game at one goal apiece. Neither team could score again. The game finished in a 1-1 tie.

On April 7, the Warriors took on Cannon County High School at home.

Neither team could find the back of the net in the first half so at the end of the half the score was knotted up at 0-0.

Cannon County would get their only goal of the game with 38 minutes left to go in the second half to take a 1-0 lead. The Warriors couldn’t find the back of the net and Cannon County won 1-0.
