June C. Ganzert Lowery, 85, of Chapin, South Carolina, passed away April 11, 2024, at her residence.
June was born June 7, 1938, in Washington, D.C., to Joseph Anthony and Geraldine Frances Gregory Ganzert.
She was a retired office supply store owner.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Sherry Lynn Lowery Stone, and a sister, Joan Ethel Jaje.
Survivors include her husband, White County native Lon Lowery; son, James Allen “Sonny” Gouge; grandchildren, Leigh Morgan Robinson and husband Leslie, David Lee Stone, Christopher Brandon Stone, Holly Lynn Stone, Justin Gouge, Heather Gouge, Sonny Gouge; brother-in-law, Ted Jaje; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Graveside service will be 1 p.m., April 19, 2024, at Shady Grove Cemetery. There will be no public visitation prior to the service
Hunter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
