The Spencer Board of Zoning Appeals will meet and hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 1, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. at the old city hall building on Spring Street. The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public comments regarding a variance request in the rear-yard setback requirements of the C-2 Highway Commercial District. This variance is for the building of a Dollar Tree Store on property at 250 Taft Street. The application for this request, submitted by RFM Development Company, is on file at Spencer City Hall. All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing.
