Van Buren County EMS is accepting sealed bids on the repair of an oil leak on 2 - 2018 Dodge Ram 4500 ambulance. Bids should be turned into the Van Buren County Mayor’s office at 121 Taft Dr, Spencer, TN 38585 by October 24, 2023 at 1:00 pm.

The oil leak has been diagnosed as being caused by the oil pan gasket. The bid would encompass all repairs the replacement of all gaskets in the engine and refilling oil and coolant. Please also include in the bid a deadline when the repairs will be completed.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

Van Buren County, Tennessee is seeking architectural/engineering services for upgrades to the Van Buren County Health Department.  Sections of the project are being funded by the American Rescue Plan (ARP).

Van Buren County, Tennessee is soliciting statements of qualifications for architectural/engineering services to assist the county with preliminary engineering, engineering design, bid phase activities, and construction inspection services of this project in compliance with ARP Program requirements. This project must be completed by June 2026.  These upgrades include:

Renovation clinic, Plumbing-replacement throughout, Electrical upgrades, Renovation Drug Room, and additional items as project budget allows.

The selected firm will enter into an agreement with the county which shall detail the scope of services and the compensation for said services.  The services to be provided will include, but not limited to:

  1. Designing the improvements and construction engineering.
  2. Preparation of the materials bid package in conformance with applicable state and federal requirements and supervising the bid advertising, tabulation, and award process, including preparing the advertisements for bid solicitation, conducting the bid opening, and issuing the notice to proceed.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

Van Buren County, Tennessee is seeking architectural/engineering services for upgrades to the Van Buren County Health Department.  Sections of the project are being funded by the American Rescue Plan (ARP).

Van Buren County, Tennessee is soliciting statements of qualifications for architectural/engineering services to assist the county with preliminary engineering, engineering design, bid phase activities, and construction inspection services of this project in compliance with ARP Program requirements. This project must be completed by June 2026.  These upgrades include:

Renovation clinic, Plumbing-replacement throughout, Electrical upgrades, Renovation Drug Room, and additional items as project budget allows.

The selected firm will enter into an agreement with the county which shall detail the scope of services and the compensation for said services.  The services to be provided will include, but not limited to:
