FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE

 WHEREAS, Maribeth Jason and Wanetta Sigler executed a Deed of Trust dated March 6, 2020 in favor of Robert J. Notestein, III, Trustee, to secure a Promissory Note payable to the order of Brad Smotherman in the original amount of $75,190.00, which Promissory Note is more fully described in Book RB455, page 122, in the Register’s Office of White County, Tennessee, to which reference is hereby made (the “Deed of Trust”), and to secure payment of other indebtedness then existing or to arise thereafter; and

 WHEREAS, R. Houston Akin of Davidson County has been appointed Trustee by Brad Smotherman, the owner and holder of the

warranty deed from Brad Smotherman of record in Book RB 403, page 119, said Register’s Office.
