            WHEREAS,

KRYSTAL HOWSER, executed a certain trust conveyance to L. Thomas Austin, Trustee on the 27th day of March 2013, to secure the payment of a certain note of like date, said trust conveyance being of record in Book 331, page 247, Register’s Office of White County, Tennessee; and which was modified in Book 405, page 785, Register’s Office of White County, Tennessee.

  WHEREAS, said trust conveyances (deeds of trust) provide for the sale of the property hereinafter described in the event of default in payment of the indebtedness secured; and  WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said trust conveyances.

This sale is an attempt to collect a debt and any
