Thank you Jerry for your opinion. It remains to be seen what type of response comes from a stolen election. People have become very complacent and even numb to the goings on in DC. When the new Socialist policies begin to hit us in the pocketbook, starting with the disappearance of the Trump $2000 tax credit, and the loss of jobs, people might become more proactive. The 2022 Mid-term elections will tell us exactly where people are coming from.

My greatest disappointment is with the John Roberts Supreme Court. We fully expected the Democrats to cheat in the election, they've been openly doing it since the '60s with Kennedy/Nixon. But the primary duty of the Supreme Court is to hear case and controversy between the States and they certainly should have heard the Texas/Georgia case. The Courts have strayed so far from their original intended purpose, and I am reminded of this when I go back to one of the Supreme Court's original, unchanged decisions:

S.C.R. Penhallow v. Doanne's Administrators 3 U.S. 54, 1L.Ed. 57, 3 Dall. 54, "Inasmuch as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction, and a creature of the mind only, a government can interface only with artificial persons. The imaginary having neither actuality nor substance, is foreclosed from creating parity with the tangible. The legal manifestation of this is that no government, as well as any law, agency, aspect, court, etc. can concern itself with anything other than corporate, artificial persons and the contracts between them."

When the Roberts Court refused to hear Texas/Georgia they failed to uphold their Constitutional responsibility to We The People. This needs to change.

Thank you and blessings, Steve Barker
