Barbara J. Payne, 81 of Sparta, passed away Dec. 21, 2024.
Barbara was born Dec. 6, 1943, to Charlie and Evelyn Payne.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Vonda Disney and Glenda Whitaker.
Survivors include her daughter, Lisa (David) Johnson, of Sparta, and special niece, Sharon Lewis, of Daytona Beach, Florida.
Graveside service was 10 a.m., Dec. 24, 2024, at New Bon Air Cemetery.
Oak Lawn Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
