Betty Ann Gilreath Frazier, 59, of Sparta, passed away Sept. 16, 2025, at her daughter’s residence, surrounded by her beloved family.
Betty was born Feb. 3, 1966, in Sparta, to William Roy and Mami Lou Randolph Gilreath.
She proudly served as an LPN for over 20 years, most recently for Hilltoppers, in Crossville. She was an avid reader and enjoyed doing gem paintings. Above all else, she loved being her family’s Nana.
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Dean Frazier, who died Dec. 21, 2008.
Surviving family members left to cherish her memory include her three daughters, Tabitha (Ryan) Gesing, Ashlee Frazier, Brittnay Frazier; son, Thomas Kelly “T.K.” Frazier; grandchildren, Locklyn Gesing, Daxleigh Gesing, Ashtyn Gesing, Gracie Frazier; two sisters-in-law, Annette Austin, Sheila Eller; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Harold and Wanda Frazier.
Funeral service was 1 p.m., Sept.19, 2025, at Hunter Funeral Home, with honors by the Tennessee Nurses’ Honor Guard. Burial followed in Howell Cemetery. Houston Austin officiated.
Thomas Frazier, Ryan Gesing, Locklyn Frazier, Cole Vinson, Mark Eller, Laken Eller, and William Gant served pallbearers.
Honorary pallbearer was Andy Lewis.
Hunter Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
