Carlos R. Billings, 76, passed away Aug. 15, 2024, at this home, in Cookeville, surrounded by his loving family.
Carlos owned and operated Sparta TV and Appliances for 32 years. He was a loving husband, father, and friend to all, leaving a legacy to be remembered forever by all.
He was born Jan. 22, 1948, in Livingston, to William Clure and Mrytle Irene Billings.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, William Kent Billings; granddaughter, Briley Elizabeth Billings; and loving family dog, Megan.
He is survived by his wife, Adrienna Billings; sons, Matthew Regis (Brooke) Billings, William Grant (Luna) Billings; daughter, Gretchen Dene (Troy) Etheredge; loving family dogs, Ginger and Percy; grandchildren, Rhys Billings, Remi Billings, Blakely Billings, Ryker Billings, Caleb Etheredge, Chase Etheredge; and special friends, Joe (Sue) Plets, Denny (GiGi) Mitchell, and Donnie (Linda) Wilkey.
Arrangements will be announced at a later date.
Thurman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
