Charles Thomas Green passed away Oct. 4, 2023, in Cookeville.
Charles was born Nov. 22, 1942, in Sparta.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Wilma Green; son, Charles Lee Green; daughter, Delores Hale; parents, Shirley and Mary Green; and siblings, Bobby, John, Lloyd, Shirley Jr., and Wilene.
He survived by his sons, Shawn (Erica) Green, Casey (Beth) Walker; daughters, Becky, Brenda, Linda, Pam, Jessie; sister, Gladys Guy; grandchildren, Cameron (Arlyn) Green, Ashley (Chris) Ballew, Marina (Brandon) Young, Destiny, Whitney, Tracy, Sharlene, Kenny, Carol Lee, Lisa, Charles, Nicole; great-grandchildren, Kali, Caiden, Joel, Skylar, Addison, Lily, Gabe, Colton, John, Adalyn, Raelynn, Nevaeh; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
Funeral service was noon, Oct. 7, 2023, at Thurman Funeral Home, with burial in Copeland Chapel Cemetery. Bro. Andy Cannon officiated.
Thurman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
