Chasity Renea Culver, 47 of Sparta, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
She was born on Wednesday, July 5, 1978, in Crossville, Tennessee, she was the daughter of David Gay and Brenda Young. She was the wife of 26 years to James Culver Jr.
Chasity is preceded in death by her father: David Gay.
She is survived by her loving husband: James Culver Jr.; mother: Brenda (Barry) Young; brother: Jeremy Young; and sister: Sabrina Young.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
