What stood out most was the way Kim supported not only her patient, but the entire family during an incredibly difficult time. She provided care with kindness and empathy, while maintaining a high level of clinical competence and professionalism. Her presence brough comfort, dignity, and reassurance when it was needed most.
Kim exemplifies the spirit of compassionate care, ensuring both patients and their loved ones feel supported, respected, and cared for every step of the way. The impact she made on this family will not be forgotten, and we are deeply grateful for the heart and dedication she brings to those she serves every day.
