Frances Louvada Randolph Presley, 67, of Sparta, Tennessee, passed away on April 1, 2026.
Frances was born November 5, 1958, in White County to the late G.D. Randolph and Bernette Johnson Randolph. She spent her life devoted to being a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, always putting her family first.
She is preceded in death by her parents, G.D. Randolph and Bernette Johnson Randolph, and her son, Dewey Presley.
She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, James Presley; her son, Chris Presley (Christy); her daughter, Britney Stoglin (Josh); her five beloved grandchildren, Junior Presley, Alex Presley (Gregory), Zane Stoglin, Jaxon Stoglin, and Hayden Stoglin, all of Sparta; and a special friend, Debbie Stoglin.
Frances will be remembered for her kind heart, warm spirit, and the way she never met a stranger. She greeted everyone with open arms and lived every day with love, faith, and a deep devotion to her family.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at NHC of Sparta for their care and compassion, as well as to the many friends she loved like family.
Frances leaves behind a beautiful legacy of faith, love, and kindness that will continue to shine through all who were blessed to know her. Though our hearts are heavy, we find comfort in knowing she is at peace and reunited with her loved ones.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at Oak Lawn Funeral Home with Tim Judd and Eugene Shrum officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Lawn Memorial Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Monday, April 6, 2026, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
