George Leonard Fults, 79, of Sparta, passed away Dec. 19, 2024, at Saint Thomas Highlands Hospital, in Sparta.
He was born Nov. 8, 1945, in Jasper, to Paul and Rebecca Fults.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Katherine Austin; and brother, Paul Fults.
Survivors include his wife, Ernestine “Tina” Fults; daughter, Tracey (Jeff) Smith, of Estill Springs; grandchildren, Zach (Alejandra) Smith, of Nashville, Jacob Smith, of Estill Springs, Anna Grace Smith, of Doyle; brother-in-law, Robert (Dianne) Meeks, of Doyle; and several nieces and nephews.
The family has chosen a private service following George’s request.
Thurman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
