Jasmine Rayne Zilly, 17, of Sparta, passed away April 22, 2023, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, in Nashville.
She was born Nov. 28, 2005, in Smyrna. She was the daughter of Clifford Zilly and Natalie Grayson, both of whom preceded her in death.
No services are planned at this time.
