Jeffrey Hayes Daniel, better known as Jeff, 61, of Walling, passed away June 20, 2025, at his residence.
Jeff was born Sept. 18, 1963, in Nashville, to Herold Andrew and Juanita Frasier Daniel.
He worked many years as a millwright for Bridgestone, in Morrison and Lavergne. Jeff loved spending time with family and made sure all family members knew when the family reunion was going to be held. The joy of having everyone together was also evident with his high school friends and he could be counted on to organize an annual camping trip. He will be fondly remembered for the meals he cooked while listening to southern rock music and taking care of his beloved German Shepherds, Augie and Lady.
Surviving family members include his daughter, Autumn Daniel; sister, Mitzi Daniel; brother, Stephen Daniel and wife Shelia; and nephews, Tyler Daniel and wife Jasmine, Clinton Daniel, and Hunter Daniel and wife Rebekah.
Funeral service was 1 p.m., June 24, 2025, at Hunter Funeral Home, with burial in Old Union Cemetery.
Steven Crocker, Ralph Watrop, Joe Stephenson, Donnie Clarke, Charlie Taylor, and Mark Smith served as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers were Sladen Bradley, Gary Batson, Mike Jones, and Jonathan Taylor.
Hunter Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
