Jerry Wayne Young, 73, of Sparta, passed away Aug. 21, 2023, at Signature Healthcare of Putnam County.
He was born Feb. 10, 1950, in Sparta, to Dibrell Lee Young and Daisy Belle Jones Young.
Funeral service was 6 p.m., Aug. 23, 2023, at Hunter Funeral Home. To honor Jerry’s wishes, he will be cremated following the service.
Hunter Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
