Katheryn Sue Keller, 75, passed away Oct. 15, 2024, in Crossville.

Born Oct. 2, 1949, Sue dedicated her life to her family and ministry, touching many lives with her many musical talents, hospitality, creativity, sharp wit, kindness, and commitment to excellence.

Throughout her life, Sue balanced her roles as a wife, mother, homemaker, medical assistant, and office professional with grace and dedication while also serving as a pastor’s wife and church leader at 13 different ministry assignments over 54 years. Sue met Greg at Trevecca Nazarene College, in Nashville. After a three-month courtship, Greg and Sue eloped and were married May 24, 1969, in Glens Fork.

Sue had rich and varied interests in music, history, literature, crafting, and the arts, which brought joy not only to her but also to those around her. She also loved spending time with her precious tiny dogs, Mia and Bria.

She was preceded in death by her father, Herbert Grimm, and a nephew, Lane Staten.

Sue is survived by her husband, Gregory L. Keller; children, Von Keller (Katrina), of Tennessee, Todd Keller (Kim), of Kansas, Kayla Miller (Kyle), of North Carolina; grandchildren, Lauren Williams (Spencer), Lindsay Brown (Joseph), Adam Keller (Hannah), Jillian Keller, Samuel Keller, Austin Keller, Aaron Keller, Brayden Miller, Ava Miller, Elena Miller; her mother, Maxine Grimm; siblings, Steven Grimm (Janice), Vicky Byrnes (Albert), Linda Staten (Roger); and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside service was 1 p.m., Oct. 19, 2024, at Green Acres Cemetery, in Crossville. The Rev. Todd Keller officiated, with Von Keller serving as soloist.

Memorial contributions may be made to Sparta Church of the Nazarene, 1787 Smithville Highway, Sparta, Tennessee 38583.

Oak Lawn Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
