Kerry Langford Patton, 64, of Sparta, passed from this life, on Aug. 6, 2022, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, after an extended illness.
Kerry was born July 30, 1958, in Sparta, the son of Roy Patton and Waulene Nash Patton.
Kerry married Kim Mason, on Nov. 22, 1980, and they have two children, Kelly and Kristopher.
Kerry was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and riding a four-wheeler in the mountains of Tennessee.
Kerry was preceded in death by his sister, Sandy, and his grandparents, Brice and Anna Lee Nash and Crave and Ollie Patton.
Kerry is survived by his wife, Kim; children, Kelly and Kristopher; parents, Roy and Waulene Patton; sister, Tracie Patton; special friend, Travis White; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m., Aug. 10, 2022, at Oak Lawn Funeral Home, with burial in Saylors Cemetery. The family will receive friends 4-8 p.m., Aug. 9, at the funeral home
