Margret "Smokey" McCoy Bolt, 64, of Spencer, passed from this life, on Aug. 8, 2020, at her home.
Smokey was born Feb. 1, 1956, in Spencer, the daughter of Joe B. McCoy and Katherine Lusk Sullivan.
In addition to her parents, Smokey was preceded in death by two sisters, Patricia McCoy and Joyce McCoy Pope.
Survivors include two sons, Jason Bolt and wife Sara, John W. Bolt Jr. and wife Michelle; daughter, Tonya Bolt-Nelson; six grandchildren, Devin, Austin, Caleb, Bayne, Azlyn, Zaden; siblings, JoeBob Mills and wife Judy, Gary McCoy and wife Marlin, Ann Swoape and husband Ralph, Jackie McCoy Grissom and husband Bob, Larry McCoy; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; and a special thanks to Darlene Haston Hale
A memorial service will be 6 p.m., Aug. 11, 2020, at Spencer Funeral Home. R.C. Christian will officiate. The family will receive friends 2-6 p.m., Aug. 11, at the funeral home.
A private burial will be at a later date.
Spencer Funeral Home, in Van Buren County, is in charge of arrangements.
