Mary Olivia Stone, 81, passed away Jan. 28, 2025, at Saint Thomas Hospital Midtown, in Nashville.
She was born Jan. 20, 1944, in Rome, Georgia, to Tony Pappalardo and Mary Pappalardo.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Todd Stone.
Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Rip Stone; children, Jeff Stone, Mark (Sherrie) Stone, April Stone (Danny) Hitchcock; nine grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
Funeral service was noon, Jan. 30, 2025, at Thurman Funeral Home, with burial in Hurd Cemetery. Bro. Brian Simmons officiated.
Thurman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
