Michael Evans, 61, of Cookeville passed away Oct. 8, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Evans.
Michael is survived by his mother, Peggy Evans; three children, Sarah Cox (James Cox), Aly Mulligan (Colton Mulligan), Will Evans; granddaughter, Maggie Mulligan; grandsons, Ean and Parker Cox; brother, Greg Evans (Susan Evans); the mother of his children, Toni Evans; special aunt, Polly Turner; and girlfriend, Tracy Bussell.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and/or Highland Cemetery Fund, P.O. Box 6356, Sparta, Tennessee 38583 in Michael’s honor.
The family chose a private graveside service.
Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home, in Cookeville, was in charge of arrangements.
