Minute with the Mayor

I would like to take this moment to invite our residents to the city’s first town hall meeting, at 9 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 19. The meeting will be held at Oldham Theater, on Liberty Square. I wanted to allow citizens the opportunity to freely voice their concerns about any issue that they would like to discuss. 

Often it’s hard to make the regularly scheduled meetings, and I felt like this will be a good way to not only allow citizens to ask questions and voice concerns but to also allow myself and the city the opportunity to have an open dialogue about what is going on in the city.

There will be some light refreshments available, so, if you have a concern, a question, or just want to drop by and say hello, please make plans to join us this Saturday for my first town hall meeting.
