Patricia Ann Miller Cagle, 82, passed away Oct. 17 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and care.

Born March 12, 1943, in McMinnville, to Eugene Doc Miller and Geneva White Miller, Patricia never met a stranger, and, if they were a stranger, they didn’t stay that way very long.

Patricia enjoyed her many years working at Carrier Air Condition and General Electric, in Murfreesboro.

Patricia found joy in simple things like puzzles, decorating, cooking delicious meals, and caring for others. Patricia had a lifelong love for dolls and her beloved cat, Peanut, and her pug, Sarge. Her warmth, creativity, and generous spirit touched all who knew her. She will be deeply missed by everyone who was blessed to know her.

In addition to her parents Patricia was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lee and Alta Miller, who had resided in Sparta, Ervin and Willie Ann White, who had resided in Campaign; sisters, Judy Bishop, who had resided in Bone Cave, Jimmie Diane Smith, who had resided in McMinnville; and three nephews, Terry Keith of Indiana, Richie and Kevin Bishop, all of whom had resided in Bone Cave.

Survivors include her two sons, Brent Sullivan, of Sparta, Dwayne Curtis, of McMinnville; grandchildren, Macie Sullivan, Blake Sullivan, Chris Sullivan, Allen Dodd; great-grandchildren, Dakota, Carsen, and Makayla Dodd; and great-great-grandchild, Emorie Harris.

Patricia also had very special friends that filled her days with happiness and became her family: Burton Sullivan, Gladys Gearld, Fran and Buck.

Patricia also had a very special connection with her special needs niece, Teresa Keck, of South Dakota, as well as special friends she loved like sisters, Michelle Milstead, Sandra Bennett, and Pam Bouldin.

Service was 1 p.m., Oct. 22, 2025, at Oak Lawn Funeral Home, with burial in Long Cemetery. Ray Bennett officiated.

Oak Lawn Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
