Patsy Marie Holt, 69, of Sparta, passed away Aug. 18, 2024, at NHC Healthcare of McMinnville, surround by her family.
Born Feb. 22, 1955, in Nashville, she was the daughter of Waymon Hennessee and Susie Sullivan Hennessee.
Patsy is remembered for her love of family. She loved her children and grandchildren with her whole heart. Patsy is also known for her cooking. She was the owner of Patsy’s Dairy Chef and later a cook at The Landing. She also worked the local gun show in the concessions. She brought many smiles to people’s faces with the surprise cake and pies just because she was thinking about them.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Hennessee.
Survivors include her sons, Donnie Clark, Kevin Holt (Whitney); daughter, Emily Sherrell; grandchildren, Mackenzie Sherrell, Cali Clark, Sara Clark, Carter Holt, Kelton Holt, Emersyn Holt; sister, Judy (Buddy) Elrod; special nephew, Carl Elrod; and special cousin, Missy Selby.
A memorial service was 6 p.m., Aug. 21, 2024, at Oak Lawn Funeral Home. Sam Davis officiated.
Oak Lawn Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
