Ralph Howard, 78, of Quebeck, passed peacefully, on Nov. 17, 2024, at his home, surrounded by “his boys.”
A lifelong resident of White County, Ralph was born April 2, 1946, grew up in the Key community, and attended Fountain Head School. He was a farmer and mechanic, with a particular passion for Massey-Ferguson tractors.
Ralph was preceded in death by his wife, Sue; parents, Ernest and Beulah England Howard; brother, Paul; sister-in-law, Marie; sisters, Jane Pigmon (Burnett), Margaret Tidwell (Leon); and granddaughter, Kristina Spivey.
He is survived by his sons, Rob (Sherry), Randy Anderson (Michele), Steven Anderson; daughters, Traci Wargo (Jeff), Melanie Maysura (Michael); brother, Gary (Marilee); grandchildren, Travis Howard (Macee), Matt Howard (Sara), Hayley Bradley (Jonathan), Conner Anderson, Aaron Wilson (Jessica), Rachel Korkis (Gino), Sydney Maysura; and seven great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be 1 p.m., Nov. 21, 2024, at Hunter Funeral Home, with burial in Eastland Cemetery. Pastor Don Schuster will officiate. Visitation will be 11 a.m-1 p.m., at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Adcock, Conner Anderson, Doug Carr, Matt Howard, Travis Howard, William Price, Anthony Nash, and Tony Ray Young.
