Raymond Lee Kozub, 83, of Sparta, passed away Feb. 23, 2024, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
Born June 16, 1940, in Ladysmith, Wisconsin, he was the son of Henry Kozub and Evenlyn Anderson.
A Celebration of Life will be 2-4 p.m., March 3, 2024, at Oak Lawn Funeral Home.
