Reba Dell Margeson, 86, of Sparta, passed away April 29, 2023, at NHC Healthcare of Sparta.
She was born Nov. 23, 1936, in Sparta, the daughter of James and Pearlie Young Hooper.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, James Margeson; son, Danny Margeson; and brother, Marion Hooper.
Survivors include her daughter, Donna Measles, of Sparta; grandsons, Clifford Measles, of Sparta, Travis Margeson, of Sparta; granddaughters, Mishon Wilkerson, of Sparta, Jennifer Smith, of Sparta; great-grandchildren, Michael Margeson, Daniel Margeson, Brooklyn Wilkerson, Jerome Smith, all of Sparta; brothers, James Hooper (Daisy), Gary Hooper (Eloise), Charles Hooper, all of Sparta; and special friend, Dallas Sherrell, of Ohio.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m., May 4, 2023, at Oak Lawn Funeral Home, with burial in Oak Lawn Cemetery. Nathan Hawkins will officiate. The family will receive friends 4-8 p.m., May 3, at the funeral Home.
