Robert Earl "Stick" Phillips, 62, of Sparta, passed away Jan. 14, 2021, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
Graveside service with military honors by the Veterans' Honor Guard will be 1 p.m., Jan. 19, 2021, at New Bon Air Cemetery.
In consideration of the health and safety of family and friends with the current COVID-19 pandemic, there will no visitation prior to the service.
Hunter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
