Ronald Sullivan, 73, of Susie Ct. Blairsville, Georgia, passed away peacefully, on Aug. 3, 2024, at his home, following an extended illness. He was born Nov. 3, 1950, in Detroit, Michigan, the son of Larry Sullivan and Nora Tollison Sullivan.
Ronald loved watching NASCAR, and his favorite news channel, Fox News.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents.
Mr. Sullivan was a member of Central Baptist Church, in Winter Haven, Florida.
Survivors include his loving wife and best friend of 40 years, Carolyn Green Sullivan, of Blairsville, Georgia; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Ronald Sullivan Jr. of Georgia, Mark Alan and Melanie Sullivan, of Winter Haven, Florida; one brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Donna Sullivan, of Winter Haven, Florida; one grandchild, Spencer Sullivan; and many other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be 2 p.m., Aug. 24, 2024, at Saylors Cemetery, in Sparta.
Thurman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
