It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Sandra Kay Alexander, age 53, a resident of Sparta, on March 28, 2025, surrounded by her loving family at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
Sandra was born April 17, 1971, in Sparta, to Ronnie and Mildred Alexander.
Sandra was a firm lover of life. She was always doing something outside or bragging on her kids and grandkids.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mildred McCurry Alexander; uncles, Charlie and Leroy McCurry, George Jr. and Charlie Alexander; and aunts, Phyllis and Darlene McCurry and Mildred Randolph.
She is survived by her father, Ronnie Alexander; brother, Donnald Alexander; children, Kayla Lack (Mason), Alex Alexander, Tyler Judkins; grandchildren, Raylin Lack, Trenton Lack, Jordyn Lack, Atlas Bradley, Emma Bradley, Jack Bradley, Troy Alexander, Deu Alexander, Katelynn Scott, Cameryn Emey, Mason Judkins, Malachi Judkins, Lily Roberts, Azalea Williams; nephew, Raven Alexander (Paula); and many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Graveside service was noon, April 2, 2025, at Big Springs Cemetery. John Lawson officiated.
Thurman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
