Shirley Mae Spivey, 72, passed away July 16, 2019, at her residence, in Sparta.
Mrs. Spivey was born Nov. 5, 1946, in Paoli, Indiana, to Marion and Preston Puckett.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Robert Puckett; and niece, Lisa Cassey.
Survivors include her husband, Wayne Spivey; son and daughter- in-law, David and Cindy Spivey; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Ronnie and Joyce Spivey; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Freda and Jimmy Moss; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Correne and Don Fougere; sister-in-law, Wilma Sparks; nieces, Deronda Lee and Kim Randolph; and nephew, Stevie Moss.
Funeral service was 1 p.m., July 19, 2019, at Thurman Funeral Home, with burial in Plainview Cemetery. Bro. Howard Gorter officiated.
Thurman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
