Spencer Board of Zoning Appeals - Public Notice

The Spencer Board of Zoning Appeals will have one (1) public hearing scheduled for Thursday, September 12, 2024 at the Old Spencer City Hall building for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding the following:

A request for a special exception to establish a storage unit in a C-1 (General Commercial) district on College St (further described as Map 030G, Group A, Parcel 0010.01) (Jewel Larrinaga request).
