Sue Vinson Bray, 89, of Sparta, passed away May 9, 2025, at Life Care Center of Sparta.
Sue was born Oct. 19, 1935, in Sparta, to Guster and Maude Rice Vinson.
She was a legal secretary for 40 years. Sue was an active member of Community Fellowship Church where she played piano and sang in the choir for many years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her special friend, Carl Tucker; sisters, Lorene England, Imogene Golden, Pauline Daniels, Wilma Clark; and brothers, Jack Vinson and Jim Vinson.
Surviving family members left to cherish her memory include her two daughters, Kathy Hutson, Connie (Richard) Greene; grandson, Frank Greene and wife Andrea; granddaughter, April Denny; great-grandchildren, David Greene, Aaliyah Greene, Carson Dyer; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service was 1 p.m., May 12, 2025, at Hunter Funeral Home, with burial in Plainview Cemetery, in the Cassville community. Eugene Lawson officiated.
Richard Greene, Frank Greene, David Greene, Harold England, Ken Weaver, and Donnie Daniels served as pallbearers.
Hunter Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
