Teresa Marie Bailey passed away June 27, 2023 in Sparta.
She was born on May 21, 1957, in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Tessa was preceded in death by her daughter, Jamie Bailey; sister, Peggy Howard; and son-in-law, David Palmer.
She is survived by her husband, Terry Bailey; parents, Luther and Sammie Killian; sister, Lucy Killian; brother, Patrick Killian; sons, Johnny Smith, Michael Hill; daughters, Angel Palmer, Terri Ann Bailey, Heather Bailey; daughters-in-law, Carleen Smith, Rena Phillips; son-in-law, Billy Young; grandsons, Johnny Smith, Jaxson Palmer, Jeremy Hill, Timothy Hill, Ryan Narramore; granddaughters, Brittany Smith, Jessica Kopczynski; cousin, Robin Vaugh; and her favorite cousin, William Vaughn.
There will be a memorial service at a later date in the chapel of Thurman Funeral Home.
