Treva Faye Simmons Jackson, 66, of Sparta, passed away July 27, 2023, at Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital, in Murfreesboro, surrounded by her family.
Treva was born Oct. 26, 1956, in Anderson, Indiana, to the Rev. William R. "Bill" and Velma Ruth Davis Simmons.
Funeral service was 2 p.m., July 30, 2023, at Hunter Funeral Home, with burial in Smith Chapel Cemetery.
Hunter Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
