Hunter Education Course

Where: Sparta-White County Rescue Squad building, 320 E. Bockman Way, in Sparta

When: 8 a.m.-4 p.m., Saturday, March 23

This class is limited to 35 students. Anyone born after Jan. 1, 1969, is required to successfully complete a hunter education course to hunt in Tennessee. You must be at least 9 years old to take the course. Students must register by logging into tnwildlife.org and clicking on hunter education. Look under Classroom Hunter Education Courses to register for this class. This class is free. Bring your own lunch, drinks, and snacks. Do not bring any firearms or ammunition; everything will be provided.
