Wanda Rose Ballew, 72 of Sparta, Tennessee passed away on Monday, May 11, 2026, at her home in Sparta, Tennessee.
She was born on Wednesday, December 9, 1953, in Sparta, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Erbie Gene Winnett and the late Ola Mae Roberts.
In addition to her parents, Wanda is preceded in death by her sister: Ronia Prichard.
She is survived by her husband: Earl Thomas Ballew Sr.; siblings: Sharon Duncan, Adam Dial, Craig Dial, Peggy Ramsy, Misty Patterson, and Donna Neal; children: Rose Anna Ballew, Earl Thomas Ballew Jr., and Katherine Celina Eller; grandchildren: Michelle (John) Ward, Kayla (Matt) Turner, Michael Prater, and Blake (Rose) Eller; great grandchildren: Khloe and Kassie Ward, Melodee and Axel Turner, Aiden McCann, and Greylin Eller; and a loving host of nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held at Highland Cemetery at 2:00 PM on Sunday, May 17, 2026.
