Willie Mae Swack Clark, affectionately known as Miss Billie, 92 of Quebeck, passed away Nov. 1, 2024, at her residence.

Miss Billie was born March 2, 1932, in Doyle, to Davis Ray and Elnora Miller Swack.

She was a homemaker who loved music, dancing, and traveling, as well as studying genealogy. Alongside her late husband, she co-wrote two books about genealogy for White County. In her later years, she made it clear to her family that she had a good, full life and if given the chance, she would do it all over again.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Leroy Clark; daughter, Cheryl Lynn Clark; siblings, Juanita Orris, Mildred Strong, Marylene Yates, Johnny, Billy Ray, James and Earl Swack; and half-brother Tom Swack.

Survivors include three sons, Michael Lee Clark, Allen Dale Clark, and Charles Ernest Clark and wife Kathleen.

Graveside service was 3 p.m., Nov. 6, 2024, at Skurlock Cemetery.

Hunter Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
