The White County FFA chapters held their annual “Breakfast at the Barn” fundraiser on September 12, 2026, bringing together local FFA members, volunteers, families, and community supporters for a morning filled with good food, fellowship, and support for the county’s young agricultural leaders.
The annual event featured a pancake breakfast prepared and served by local FFA members and dedicated volunteers. Guests from throughout the community gathered to enjoy breakfast while showing their support for the White County high school FFA chapter.
In addition to breakfast, attendees had the opportunity to participate in both a silent auction and a live auction. The funds raised through the event will help support the local FFA chapter and provide opportunities for students to participate in agricultural education, competitions, leadership activities, and other FFA programs throughout the year.
While the weather brought plenty of rain, it didn't keep the community away. White County showed up and showed out, proving that a little rain could not dampen the support for these young farmers and the work they are doing to build a future in agriculture.
“Breakfast at the Barn” has become more than just a fundraiser. It is an opportunity for the community to come together and invest in the next generation of agricultural leaders. The students’ hard work, along with the generosity of local businesses, families, volunteers, and community members, makes events like this possible.
The White County FFA chapters extend their appreciation to everyone who attended, donated, volunteered, purchased auction items, or simply came out to support the students. The continued support of the community helps ensure that local FFA members have the resources and opportunities they need to learn, lead, and grow.
